Hundreds flock to see ROBOMAX’s Deutschland debut header image

ROBOMAX has enjoyed a successful show debut in Germany after being unveiled at the prestigious Fort-Live Forestry Expo in Offenburg.

The exciting new 80hp all-terrain remote control work platform attracted hundreds of specialist contractors to the stand of McConnel’s German distribution partner Dabekausen, where a comprehensive range of Power Arms, ROBO machines and attachments were on display.

Twice as powerful as McConnel’s best-selling remote control ROBOCUT machine, ROBOMAX features a fuel-efficient 80hp Yanmar diesel engine; can tackle slopes up to 55 degrees; and has a 150m working range – enhancing both safety and productivity.

Dabeksausen general manager Jeroen Huijsmans (pictured above, centre) said: “The event has generated a huge buzz of excitement for ROBOMAX and helped us put the machine on the map in Germany.”

Also on display at the event were:

  • ROBOCUT
  • ROBOMOZ
  • A PA5555VFR Power Arm
  • And a selection of flailheads, cutterbars and Multisaws

The launch event has been so successful it has already led to a series of demo requests for ROBOMAX, including trials in challenging hillside near Gottingen with the Foresty Administration.
