POWER ARM 8000 TT

The New McConnel Power Arm 8000 Twin Telescopic (TT) has a massive reach of 8.0m and has been designed from the requirements laid down by Europe's leading Local Authorities and Environmental Agencies for waterways and embankment maintenance.

The PA8000TT is suitable for bracket mounting onto tractors of 5500kg and over using McConnel's popular 5-point bracket system for total rigidity.

The unique Twin Stage Telescopic Arm (TT) is manufactured from Domex Steel for extra strength without the addition of extra weight. The major benefit of this design is that when telescoped fully out fully the overall reach of the machine is 8m from the center of the tractor to the last cutting flail. For close in work or transport the arm can be telescoped in by over 2m for compactness.

The PA800TT is fitted with a 30%Piston Upgrade compared to a conventional contractors machine this pumps out a massive 85HP to the 1.2m or 1.6m Heavy Duty Belt Drive Flailheads.

Fitted as standard with the latest Proportional Digital Armrest controls for ease of use. This system can also be fitted with McConnel's patented Easy Drive System (EDS) for hands free cruise control when verge mowing. Allowing enhanced forward visibility and reduce repetitive strain injuries. EDS allows much faster and much safer cutting of road side verges.

High capacity oil cooling systems are integrally positioned in the new impact resistant polycarbonate rear cover for maximum protection.
