Talented trio bring triple boost to design team header image

Three talented new design engineers have been recruited by McConnel to help create a new generation of cultivation and green maintenance technology.

Haydn Adlard (pictured above right) and Jack Summers (centre) will be helping with the ongoing development of the SEEDAERATOR and an expansion of the company’s range of cultivation products, while Llywellyn Harrison (left) will be working on a number of special design projects.

McConnel chief design engineer John Frank said the new recruits would play an important role in designing and perfecting new products.

John said: “I’m delighted to welcome Haydn, Jack and Llywellyn to McConnel and am confident their appointment ensures we have the expertise in place to develop a stream of exciting new products.”

A graduate of Agricultural Engineering at Harper Adams University, Haydn Adlard will concentrate on the SEEDAERATOR and Discaerator ranges.

Jack Summers graduated in Motorsport Engineering at Swansea Metropolitan University and worked as a trainee with the Lotus Grand Prix team.

While Llywellyn Harrison already has experience of developing McConnel products, working on the company’s POWERMATCH and POWERBOOST intelligent hydraulics projects while on a one year placement scheme as part of his degree course at Harper Adams.
