A selection of the latest hedgecutting, verge-mowing and remote control technology has been showcased in Switzerland in a series of roadshows organised by McConnel distributor OTT.
The four-day demo tour gave potential customers around the country an ideal opportunity to see the machines in action in a variety of different working conditions.
Machines on display included:

- PA6585 VFR
- PA8085 Tele-VFR
- And McConnel’s all-terrain remote control Robocut
OTT general manager Thomas Hofer said: “The events were popular and well-attended and have enabled us to reach a lot of new customers. They have enabled us to promote the brand and raise the profile of McConnel products in the Swiss market.”
The events marked the culmination of an intensive marketing campaign in which OTT put the spotlight on McConnel machines at the prestigious Swiss Public Expo in Berne, which attracted more than 20,000 visitors.
