The Role

Responsibilities:

• Enter inventory of purchased parts, manufactured parts, and returned goods into JDE once it is received.
• Complete the receiving transactions in JDE for inventory.
• Check and verify inventory problems or errors.
• Research differences between actual received and Purchase Ordered quantity
• Check/ inspect parts as they are received/delivered to production area.
• Check reports to ensure received and in inventory are balanced.
• List all inventory adjustments.
• Respond to request from employees and management to locate needed parts.
• Maintain good housekeeping and a safe work area.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Previous experience in Manufacturing Warehouse environment
• Ability to operate a forklift and hoist safely.
• Basic math skills and computer data entry skills.
• Must be physically capable of lifting and standing/walking for long periods
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work overtime to meet production deadlines. Able to work under pressure.
